Other Changes:-
Updated the CME STP FIX dictionary.
- Fixed an AMQP consumer reconnection failure after a broker restart by improving listener container recovery and retry logic.
- Updated the activemq-client library in the AMQP and JMS adapters to address critical security vulnerabilities (CVEs).
Known Issues:
- RabbitMQ clients may appear as RUNNING in the FIXICC H2 UI when the RabbitMQ service is stopped and the producer or consumer is disconnected.
