FIX Antenna Java 2.28.0 Released: Security Updates, AI Skills, and Monitoring Enhancements
B2BITS, EPAM Systems company, is pleased to share the release of version 2.28.0 of FIX Antenna Java.
Overview
This release delivers stability and correctness improvements, security updates, and operational enhancements for monitoring. It addresses concurrency issues, improves session behavior around logout, and adds guidance for production monitoring of FAJ (FO Storage).
New Features and Improvements
- Operational monitoring: Added a recommended list of FAJ (FO Storage) errors and exceptions to monitor in application logs to improve observability and alerting
- Dictionaries update: Bundled FIX dictionaries (FIXLatest and FIXT1.1) updated.
- Agrona API compatibility: Addressed the dependency on non-public Agrona internal APIs previously required by FO and FAJ to ensure stable operation and forward compatibility.

Updated Spring Boot to version 4.1.0 to fix known vulnerabilities
