The following license models are available to accommodate our clients' specific needs:
License scope:
| Per Instance |
A license scope designated as "Per instance" means that the license grants use to a specified number of instances* of software. |

Per server |
A license scope designated as "Per server" means that the license grants use to an unlimited number of instances* of software on one Docker/VM/machine only. |
| Per site |
A license scope designated as "Per site" means that the license grants use to an unlimited number of instances* of software solely in the specified site or datacenter. |
| Global |
A license scope designated as "Global" means that the license grants use to an unlimited number of instances* of software globally. |
| Per venue |
A license scope designated as “Per venue” means that the license grant use of the software to connect to specified trading venue. |
*For software provided as a library, "instance" shall mean the instance of a software this library is linked to.
License Use:

A license use designated as “Production” means that the license grant is to use the Software in the production system or in load balancing (Hot/Hot) cluster. |
| Non-Production |
License use designated as “Non-Production” means that the license grant is to use the Software as DR/Backup or Demo/Cert or Dev/QA/UAT. |
| DR/Backup |
License use designated as "DR/Backup" means that the license grants use of the software on the Disaster Recovery site or as a Warm or Cold node of a cluster. |
| Demo/Cert |
License use designated as "Demo/Cert" means that the license grants use of the software for demonstration or certification purposes. |
| Dev/QA/UAT |
License use designated as "Dev/QA/UAT" means that the license grants use of the software in the development or testing environments. |

Application/Location/ System |
Means the particular application, location or systems defined in the respective Order Form, solely in/with which the Licensee is entitled to use the Software |
