TestSuiteDefinitionRequest(35=EL) is used to convey to the test system the suite of test scenarios to perform.
This message stages on the test system the details of a test suite to run to test the algo. The test suite contains one or more test scenarios (i.e. test cases) along with the details for each test scenario.
