| 'H' | Reinstate on System Failure (mutually exclusive with Q) |

| 'J' | Reinstate on Trading Halt (mutually exclusive with K) |
| 'K' | Cancel on Trading Halt (mutually exclusive with J) |
| 'L' | Last peg (last sale) |
| 'M' | Mid-price peg (midprice of inside quote) |
